一、资助对象  Who can apply?

1．非中国籍人士；Non-Chinese citizens;

2．对华友好，无违法犯罪记录，遵守中国政府的法律、法规和学校的规章制度；

Friendly   towards China, with no criminal records, and abiding by the laws,   regulations, and rules of the Chinese government and the university;

3．身心健康，品学兼优；

Physically   and mentally healthy, with excellent academic performance;

4．中文、翻译等相关专业本科及以上学历毕业；

Graduates   with a bachelor's degree or higher in Chinese, Translation, or related   fields;

5．年龄不超过40周岁；Not   exceeding 40 years old;

6. HSK 六级180 分以上；HSK   Level 6 with a score of 180 or above;

7. 具有翻译工作经历者优先考虑。

Priority   given to those with translation work experience.

二、奖学金招生类别及申请条件

Scholarship   Categories and Application Requirements

（一） 意大利语翻译硕士研究生：2023年9月入学，资助年限为2.5年。 

(I) Chinese-Italian Translation Master's Program:   Enrollment in September 2023, with a scholarship duration of 2.5 years.

（二）日语翻译硕士研究生：2023年9月入学，资助年限为2年。

(II) Chinese-Japanese Translation Master's Program:   Enrollment in September 2023, with a scholarship duration of 2 years.

三、奖学金资助内容   Scholarship Coverage

学费、住宿费、生活费和综合医疗保险费。

Tuition   fees, accommodation fees, monthly stipend, and comprehensive medical   insurance.

四、办理流程  Application Process

1.申请人登陆天津外国语大学国际学生服务平台（https://tfsu.at0086.cn/StuApplication/Login.aspx）在线申请并提交申请材料；

Applicants   should log in to Tianjin Foreign Studies University's International Student   Service Platform (https://tfsu.at0086.cn/StuApplication/Login.aspx) to apply   online and submit application materials.

2. 学校审核申请人申请资格，对申请人进行专业考核；

The   university will review the eligibility of applicants and conduct a   professional assessment.

3. 通过学校考核的申请人在国际中文教师奖学金报名网站(cis.chinese.cn) 在线填报，及时关注申请进程及录取结果。同时，关注我校发送的邮件通知。

Applicants   who pass the university's assessment should apply online on the International   Chinese Teacher Scholarship Registration Website (cis.chinese.cn) and stay   updated on the application progress and admission results. Additionally, pay   attention to email notifications sent by our university.

五、申请截止日期（以北京时间为准）

Application   Deadline (Beijing Time)

申请人需要在2023年6月10日前完成在天津外国语大学国际学生服务平台的申请，并在2023年6月20日前完成在国际中文教师奖学金报名网站的申请。

Applicants   must complete the application on Tianjin Foreign Studies University's   International Student Service Platform by June 10, 2023, and complete the   application on the International Chinese Teachers’ Scholarship Registration   Website by June 20, 2023.

六、其它Other Information

1．申请者须了解我校的具体招生条件及报名截止时间，按照相关规定提交申请材料。申请材料不完整或不符合招生条件的，概不受理。申请材料弄虚作假，一经查实，申请资格将被取消。

Applicants   must understand the specific admission requirements and application deadlines   of our university and submit the application materials according to the   relevant regulations. Incomplete or ineligible application materials will not   be accepted. If falsification is discovered in the application materials, the   application eligibility will be revoked.

2．学历生须参加年度评审，详见《国际中文教师奖学金年度评审办法》。

Degree-seeking   students are required to participate in the annual evaluation, details of   which can be found in the "Annual Evaluation Measures for the   International Chinese Teacher Scholarship."

3．未经许可不按时报到、入学体检不合格、中途退学、休学者，取消奖学金资格。

Scholarship   recipients who fail to register on time, do not pass the medical examination   upon enrollment, drop out or take a leave of absence during their studies   will have their scholarship eligibility cancelled.

4. 来华留学奖学金生原则上不得在校外居住。

Scholarship   recipients are not allowed to live off-campus.

附录：国际中文教师奖学金“外国翻译硕士培养”项目申请材料清单

Appendix:   List of Application Materials for the International Chinese Language Teachers   Scholarship "Master's Program in Translation for Foreign Students"

1． 护照照片页彩色扫描件（有效期至2023年10月1日后）；Color scanned copy of the   passport photo page (valid until October 1, 2023, or later);

2． HSK成绩报告扫描件（有效期两年）；

Scanned   copy of HSK score report (valid for two years);

3． 本科学历证明（在学证明或预毕业证明）及本科期间完整成绩单；

Bachelor's   degree certificate (certificate of enrollment or expected graduation) and   complete undergraduate transcript;

4． 两名相关专业领域内的副教授（含）以上或具有相当专业技术职称专家的推荐信；

Recommendation   letters from two associate professors or experts with equivalent professional   titles in relevant fields;

5． 《外国人体格检查表》（有效期6个月）；

“Foreigner   Physical Examination Form” (valid for 6 months);

6. 未满 18 周岁的申请者，须提交在华监护人署名的委托证明文件。

For   applicants under 18 years old, a letter of authorization signed by the   guardian in China is required.

7． 推荐机构的推荐信；（可联系我校出具）

Recommendation   letter from the recommending institution (can be obtained from our   university);

8． 其他证明材料。Other supporting documents.
