2020年“天津市外国留学生政府奖学金”招生简章
天津市外国留学生政府奖学金系天津市政府设立的天津市外国留学生奖学金项目之一，旨在鼓励和培养更多优秀的学历教育留学生新生来津学习。
一、 奖学金招生类别及申请途径
按学生类别包括本科留学生奖学金、硕士研究生留学生奖学金及博士研究生留学生奖学金三类。申请人须向天津外国语大学国际合作与交流处留学生办公室提出申请。
二、奖学金内容
天津外国语大学“天津市外国留学生政府奖学金”内容：资助一年学费、提供一年来华留学生综合医疗保险。

四、申请奖学金条件
1. 申请人须为报考天津外国语大学本科、硕士或博士学历教育的外籍公民；
2. 申请人就读本科生，应获得相当于中国高级中学毕业的学历或证书，年龄在30周岁以下。
3. 申请人就读硕士研究生，应具有学士学位或相当学历，年龄在35周岁以下。
4. 申请人就读博士研究生，应具有硕士学位或相当学历，年龄在45周岁以下。
5. 自愿遵守中国法律和天津外国语大学校纪、校规；
6. 未获得任何其他形式的奖学金。
五、奖学金申请材料
1．《天津市外国留学生奖学金申请表》
申请人须通过学校留学生申请网站（http://tfsu.at0086.cn/student）注册、登录，并按要求填写、上传相关信息及文件。系统申请完成后，请打印《天津市外国留学生奖学金申请表》，附申请照片，方可向天津外国语大学提交。 申请表无签字视为无效申请。
注意: 此处选择“天津市外国留学生政府奖学金”
2． 有效期内普通护照复印件
3． 经过公证的最高学历证明、毕业证书或学位证书。
如申请人为在校学生，需另外提交本人就读学校出具的预毕业证明。中英文以外文本需附经公证的中文或英文的翻译件原件。
4. 学习成绩单。中英文以外文本须附经公证的中文或英文的译文。
5. 两名副教授以上教师推荐信（仅申请硕士及博士研究生时须提供）
用中文或英文。
6.《外国人体格检查记录》（复印件）
7. 其他补充材料，如HSK等级证书，各类获奖证书等。

注：1、请全部使用A4纸，一式两份。
2、无论申请人是否被录取，上述申请材料恕不退还。
3、申请人的《学历证书》及《外国人体格检查表》等重要资料的原件务必由申请人妥善保存。
六、奖学金生的录取
天津外国语大学国际合作与交流处留学生办公室对奖学金申请人的申请材料进行初审，经天津外国语大学奖学金评审工作小组讨论提出评审建议并经校长办公会审议后核定，将评审结果在校内公示一周。无异议的合格申请材料将转送天津市教委，由天津市教委奖学金评定委员会决定是否录取。
录取结果公布后，留学生办公室将公布《天津市外国留学生政府奖学金生名单》，并将《录取通知书》和《外国留学人员来华签证申请表》（JW202表）寄送录取学生本人。
原则上申请人不可同时申请多个奖学金项目。天津外国语大学国际合作与交流处留学生办公室对被多个奖学金项目录取的申请人，有权决定录取其享受其中一个奖学金项目录取资格。
七、奖学金生变更专业、院校和学习期限
奖学金生来华后，原则上不得变更其本人在《录取通知书》上签字同意的录取专业、学习期限或并更院校。
八、申请人保证：
在华学习期间将遵守中国法律法规和学校规章制度，努力学习，以优良成绩按时完成学业。如年度学习成绩或考勤达不到学校要求，学生应服从学校停止天津市政府奖学金的决定。
九、专业选择
来华攻读本科、硕士学历的奖学金生授课语言一般为汉语。 学校的部分研究生课程和本科课程可提供英语授课。详情请咨询天津外国语大学留学生办公室。
